In order to study on inoculated plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria on growing effect of Pinus massoniana,seedlings, the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9、N9P3are made up of azotobacter strains N9、N16and Phosphate solubilizing bacteria strains P9、 P3.The four mixed bacteria liquid inoculated on Pinus massoniana seedlings,and the inoculated bacteria liquid additional apply fertilizer one,two and three to these seedlings. No.13、16、4、11、26mixed bacteria liquid inoculated on Pinus massoniana seedlings to forestation.The main results are as follows:1. Height increased4.9%、0.7%and2.6%, diameter increased2.6%、2.6%and1.3%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated6.5months by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、 N16P3、N9P9、N9P3as compared with control.2. Height increased11.44%~50.80%, diameter increased2.63%~26.32%, upper biomass increased5.57%~9.79%,underground biomass increased0.83%~1.45%, total biomass increased3.38%~5.77%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated ten months by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9、N9P3inoculated as compared with control.The comprehendsive effect of N16P3is best.3. Height increased-0.06%~30.63%、-1.49%~57.45%、39.08%~105.09%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9、N9P3and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.4. Diameter increased1.00%~22.25%、3.98%~41.86%、33.63%~59.10%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9、N9P3and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.5. Root length increased10.60%、17.68%、31.67%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.6. Root branch amount increased49.18%~122.86%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9、N9P3and additional apply fertilizer three to these seedlings as compared with control.7. Upper biomass increased1.19%-15.97%、-3.00%~38.58%,20.30%~60.54%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9N9P3and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.8. Underground biomass increased0.03%~2.48%.0.27%~4.10%and2.57%~6.08%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、 N9P9、N9P3and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.9. Total biomass increased1.70%-9.65%、-1.55%~22.97%、12.25%~35.88%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P9、N16P3、N9P9N9P3and additional apply fertilizer one, two and three to these seedlings as compared with control.The comprehendsive effect of height, diameter, upper biomass underground biomass and total biomass on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated ten months by the mixed bacteria liquid N16P3and additional apply fertilizer three to these seedlings is best. The effect of root length and branch amount is best by inoculated N16P9and fertilizer two in these seedlings.10. Height increased6.4~16.7%, diameter increased2.3~33.1%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated to forestation one year by the mixed bacteria liquid No.13n16、4、11、26as compared with control.11. Height increased3.2~9.7%, diameter increased0.76~5.3%on Pinus massoniana seedlings inoculated to forestatione year by the mixed bacteria liquid No.13、16、4、11、26as compared with control.
