This paper studied on variation of asexual reproduction, physiological index and built ISSR Fingerprints of different Liriodendron.chinense clones which collected from provenances plantation in Xianshui forest farm(Quanzhou,Guangxi), cutting orchard in Guangxi University and provenances plantation in Gaofeng forest farm(Nanning,Guangxi).The main results were showed as follows:(1) Grafting experiment was based on clones from Xianshui forest farm(Quanzhou,Guangxi).Compared to bud-grafting, Liriodendron chinense grafting material had higher survival rate with cut-grafting. There were significant differences in survival rate by both two grafting methods between different clones.By cut-grafting,clone A19-8and B15-2had the highest survival rate,whicn were86.67%.Clone B11-7had the lowest survival rate,which was26.67%. By bud-grafting,clone B17-3hade the highest survival,which was83.33%.Clone B10-12and B11-6had the lowest,which were9.52%. There was a significant difference in grafting material height. The highest clone was B10-12which height was43.250cm,the lowest clone was A19-8which height was21.159cm. (2)Cutting experiments were based on clones from cutting orchard in Guangxi University and provenances plantation in Gaofeng forest farm(Nanning,Guangxi). Among clones from cutting orchard in Guangxi University,clone F4had the highest rooting rate,clone M1and Y4had the lowest. Among clones from Gaofeng forest farm, clone Y12-4had the highest rooting rate,clone F12-7,Y8-5,F10-9,G9-5,G8-4had the lowest.There wasn’t a significant difference in rooting rate between clones from cutting orchard. There was a significant difference in rooting rate between clones from Gaofeng forest farm.(3)Experiments of physiological index were based on clones from Xianshui forest farm and cutting orchard in Guangxi University.Among clones from Xianshui forest farm, clones which had the highest CAT,POD,SOD, chlorophyll content, protein content were B17-2,B17-6,B15-2,B14-9,B14-9. Among clones from cutting orchard in Guangxi, clones which had the highest CAT,POD,SOD, chlorophyll content, protein content were G1.Q5.G1.F4,Y1.There were significant differences in CAT,POD,SOD, chlorophyll content and protein content between both clones from Xianshui forest farm and cutting orchard in Guangxi University.(4) Ten selected ISSR primers were used in PCR amplification of53Liriodendron chinense clones. Primer UBC826had the highest polymorphic rate. All13bands were specific with primer UBC826among53clones.And41clones were effectively distinguished by using primer UBC826.The best primer combinations were UBC807and UBC826.All of53clones could be distinguished by applying them. So this combinations could be used for establishing ISSR fingerprints of53clones.
