Precision agriculture is an important way to realize modernization of agriculture, including precision of variable rate fertilization technology, greatly improve the utilization rate of fertilizer, and reducing fertilizer pollution to the environment, has the very high economic benefit and ecological benefit.Based on the current conventional PID algorithm exists dynamic response speed and overshoot volume is hard to compatible issue, BP-fuzzy PID control method is proposed. First of all, introduces hardware design of the control system, reviews the principle of control system, introduces the scheme design of closed loop controller. Then put forward the control of variable rate fertilization method based on BP-PID control, And the BP algorithm was improved. Implements the use of improved BP-PID control of DC servo motor speed response is fast, Speed fluctuation is small, short setting time, system can quickly achieve steady running state. In order to achieve better dynamic performance of the system, BP-fuzzy PID control method is proposed. Through MATLAB simulation, detailed analysis of the system control effect, achieve the BP-PID control using fuzzy quantity without overshoot, the motor can quickly reach steady state. At a given speed change. BP-fuzzy PID control is better than BP-PID control has a speed to follow. applicable to the control system of variable rate fertilization. Finally has carried on the field test of variable rate fertilization. To further verify the fuzzy BP-PID control method of the controller of variable rate fertilization in both normal fertilization and various performance in the process of variable rate fertilization has improved significantly.
