This paper preliminary studies the influence of different carbon sources anddifferent C: N, on the floccules cultivation, and the application of the different bioflocin shrimp aquaculture technology. Mainly discussed (1) Effects of biofloc on the thebreeding environment cleaning and shrimp physiological indicators;(2) The effects of addingdifferent carbon sources on biofloc formation, extracellular enzyme activity and theactive material;(3) Effects of adding different carbon sources on the active ingredientof biofloc and the physical health of Litopenaeus vannamei;(4) Effects of addingdifferent carbon sources on the nutrition and extracellular enzyme activity of bioflocand the digestive enzyme activity and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei. The mainresults were as follows:1Effects of biofloc on the the breeding environment cleaning and shrimpphysiological indicatorsThe purpose of this paper is to research the Effects of biofloc on the the breedingenvironment cleaning and shrimp physiological indicators. Culture tanks were divided intothree biofloc treatments:0,5,10ml/L biofloc. After adding the bio floc to the tanks0,6,12,24,48h, sampled and determinated the immunity and detoxification indicatorsof shrimp. Thus, the effect of biological floc cleaning is effective on aquaculture water. And the immunity (total haemocytes count, phagocytic rate, antibacterial andbacteriolytic activity of hemolymph) and detoxification indicators (arginase andglutamine synthetase enzyme activity) showed significant different.2The effects of adding different carbon sources on biofloc formation, extracellular enzymeactivity and the active materialThis study aimed to investigate the effects of adding t carbon sources on theformation, extracellular enzyme activity and active substances of biofloc. And lay a foundation for breeding good biofloc. Experiment is divided into two parts: the effectsof different C: N on biofloc and the influence of different carbon sources on biofloc.Adding different carbon source and C: N, form different kinds of biofloc. Ammonianitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in water, biological floccules settlement, flocculesextracellular enzymes were measured. the biofloc formation, structure and cleaningfunction of biofloc were affected significantly (P <0.05) by adding different carbonsources in the water.we determined that the optimal proportion of biofloc culture wasC: N=15and adding wheat bran and molasses each50%.3Effects of adding different carbon sources on the active ingredient of bioflocand the physical health of Litopenaeus vannameiThis study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different carbon sources onthe formation active ingredient of biofloc and the physical health of Litopenaeusvannamei by fostering biofloc. The experimental gradients were set as follows:control group natural sea water(T1),100%molasses (T2),50%molasses+50%wheat bran (T3),25%molasses+75%wheat bran (T4) treatment groups. The C/N oftreatment groups were16, and the experimental period was30d. The active ingredient.of biofloc, and immune and antioxidant indicators of Litopenaeus vannamei with liverpancreas and haemolymph were measured. The results show that the influences ofbiofloc settlement (BFV), the content of total suspended particles (TSS), the activeingredient. of biofloc, extracellular enzyme activity and the immune and antioxidantindicators of Litopenaeus vannamei were affected significantly (P <0.05) by addingdifferent proportion carbon sources in the water, but no significant change wasobserved in the control group (P>0.05).As it can be seen, shrimp breeded byfunctional biofloc with different active ingredient through adding different carbonsources, their immune and antioxidant indicators showed significant different.4Effects of adding different carbon sources on the nutrition and extracellularenzyme activity of biofloc and the digestive enzyme activity and growth ofLitopenaeus vannameiThis study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different carbon sources onthe formation, nutrition composition, extracellular enzyme activity of biofloc and the growth of Litopenaeus vannamei by fostering biofloc. Experimental gradient Settings arethe same as the first quarter. The nutrition composition, extracellular enzyme activity ofbiofloc, and digestive enzyme activity of Litopenaeus vannamei with liver pancreas, stomach and intestine were measured. The results show that the influences of thenutrition composition of biofloc, extracellular enzyme activity and the digestiveenzyme activity of Litopenaeus vannamei were affected significantly (P <0.05) byadding different proportion carbon sources in the water, but no significant change wasobserved in the control group (P>0.05). Comprehensive considering the results of thefirst section, the cost of carbon sources, biofloc nutrition composition, digestion abilityand the growth of prawn, we considered that the50%molasses+50%wheat bran (â…¡)was the best formula of adding carbon sources. As it can be seen, shrimp breeded byfunctional biofloc with different nutrient composition and extracellular enzymecultivated through adding different carbon sources, their digestive level and thegrowth indexs showed significant different. These results indicated that addingdifferent carbon sourcesâ†'functional bioflocâ†'enhancing the growth of shrimpcould be a new way of healthy farming shrimp with biofloc.
