The tomato is one of the of important red industry in xinjiang, have a dominantposition in the red industry, the xinjiang tomato exports account for the total world trade1/4,xinjiang has become the third largest tomato products after the United States and Italy, andgradually becoming the world’s tomato production and export base, the production capacityof about90%of china, so the tomatoes in xinjiang’s agricultural production has animportant strategic position. Traditional manual transplanting work has been unable to meetthe plant area expand needs of the tomato, and manually transplant have low efficiency,high labor intensity, and high-cost,so regulate development for picking seedling automation;the paper design a pneumatic picking seedling mechanism to solve easily hurt seedling andlow efficiency, and the design main components, and theory and simulation analysis factorsto the effect of picking seedling,finally,make single factor and orthogonal experimentalstudy, verify effect of factor and confirm the best combination of affect of factors.This paper studies the physical characteristics of the seedlings,to measuringquality,height, main stem diameter, and the maximum crown-shaped of seedlings, andmeasuring density of seedlings; analysis relation that seedlings adhesive force with themoisture; Experimental study on the conditions for breaking the cohesive force of theseedlings.With the flow field simulation software Fluent study two different gas chambers flowfield and obtained flow field pressure and air velocity and other parameters; Determined theair chamber design structure through analysis outlet velocity in different inlet pressure;theoretical analysis of the characteristics of the flow field and working principle of the jet,simulation analysis of outlet ares.By analysis seedling motion to obtained equations of motion of the seedlings;theoretical analysis the force of seedling in the air, to approximate calculation for gas forceof seedling need; simulation analysis the motion track of seedling, get the angel range.The auto-picking seedling system of continuous work is inseparable from the support ofother auxiliary institutions, the paper design auxiliary institutions of picking seedlingsystem for meet system needs, theory and simulation analysis the continuous feed pluginstitutions and the detaching seedlings institutions and get simulation parameters.Finally,design auto-picking seedling test bed, make single factor and orthogonal testanalysis of factors of affect picking seedling effecting and get relevant dates,and determinethe optimum operating parameters.
