At present, people pay more and more attention to health problems.with the deepening of the international trade, the pesticide residues problem caused the attention of people. However, the detection of pesticide residues is only on a small number of Chinese herbs and pesticide residues. The limits of pesticide residues on foreign standards are strict on the export Chinese herbs; but due to the lack of standards, the import herbs on pesticide residues is difficult to be detection. This paper lays the technical foundation for change inferior position of China in the Chinese herbs import and export, to speed up the pace of the revision of the standard on pesticide residues.A solid phase extraction liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the simultaneously determination of7strobilurin fungicide residues in Chinese herbs, including Z-metominostrobin, kresoxim-methyl, dimoxystrobin, picoxystrobin, pyroclostrobin, azoxystrobin and trifloxystrobin. Samples were extracted with ethyl acetate and cleaned up by amino SPE column. The7strobilurin fungicide residues were separated by C18column with gradient elution employing1.0%o formic acid (A)-methanol (B)as mobile phase. The limits of quantity ((LOQs) were2μg/kg for dimoxystrobin, picoxystrobin and trifloxystobin,4μg/kg for pyroclostrobin and azoxystrobin,10μg/kg for Z-metominostrobin and kresoxim-methyl. The recovery ranges were from60.4%to110%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) between1.2%and17%. The developed procedure is suitable for the determination and confirmation of the7strobilurin fungicide residues in three of Eight Zhes(Ophiopogon japonicus、 ScrophularianingpoensisHemsl、Corydalisyanhusuo W.T.Wang). The methd is simple, fast and the limit of quantity is far lower than the related standards.Applications of high throughput analytical procedures are desirable for pesticide residues. A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the simultaneously determination of12biological pesticide(7strobilurin fungicide and5neonicotinoid) residues in Chinese herbs, including Z-metominostrobin, kresoxim-methyl, dimoxystrobin, picoxystrobin, pyroclostrobin, azoxystrobin and trifloxystobin. Samples were extracted with Acetonitrile and cleaned up by C18. The12biological pesticide residues were separated by C18column with gradient elution employing2.0‰formic acid (A)-Acetonitrile (B)as mobile phase. The limits of quantity ((LOQs) were0.025mg/kg for Azoxystrobin,0.05mg/kg for Acetamiprid、Thiacloprid Imidacloprid、Thiamethoxam、Kresoxim-methyl、Dimoxystrobin、 Picoxystrobin、Pyraclostrobin、Orysastrobin、Trifloxystrobin.0.25mg/kg for Clothianidin. The recovery ranges were from59.4%to110%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) between1.6%and17%. The developed procedure is suitable for the determination and confirmation of the12biological pesticide(7strobilurin fungicide and5neonicotinoid) residues in three of Eight Zhes(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz ScrophularianingpoensisHemsl、CorydalisyanhusuoW.T.Wang). The LOQ of each pesticide meet the most of relevant food standards.
