This thesis main studied on anatomical structure of Prunus padus L in differentenvironments and discussed the relation of biological structure characteristics of Prunuspadus L with living environment. The experimental materials: one lived in dark and humid environment in nearbyZoological and Botanical Gardens, another lived in drought environment in Northeast NormalUniversity. Paraffin-section technique and light microscopy photography were used on thestudying, main studied on anatomical structure of two materials. For the same plant, it have different biological structure characteristics in differentenvironments. The experiment demonstrated, the biological structures of the Prunus padusL lived in dark and humid environment are different from the Prunus padus L lived indrought environment. The experiment primary researched the young stems, leaves and petioles of Prunuspadus L in different environments, through observing and making analysis to discussevolutive structure of Prunus padus L and laws of evolution.Compared the evolutive structure of Prunus padus L in different environments, theexperimental phenomenology showed that the stems of two experimental materials are bothcomposed of epidermis, cortex and vascular bundle, but the Prunus padus L lived in droughtenvironment have thicker cuticle than another,s, it also have developed aerenchyma andxylem with big conduit cells. The leaves of two experimental materials are both composed of epidermis, leaf vein andmesophyll, the cuticle of the Prunus padus L lived in drought environment are thicker thananother,s, also have developed vascular bundle in the prime leaf vein. The petioles of two experimental materials are both composed of epidermis, parenchymatous cells and vascular bundle, but exist obvious difference to two experimentalmaterials in different environments, the Prunus padus L lived in drought environment havethicker cuticle, three developed and connective vascular bundle, but another opposite. To sum up, the experiment demonstrated the Prunus padus L have different biologicalstructures in different environments, proved evolutive structure of plants relate to the livingenvironment. This text proved Xunling Wang,s theory that environment influence structure ofplant[45].
