Marine ecosystems biomes delineation of seagrass ecosystems, mangrove ecosystems, algae ecosystems and coral reef ecosystems. Betaphycus gelatinum of this study is a large red algae, is an important economic seaweed, is an important raw material for manufacture of carrageenan, not only has economic value but also has the value of ecological restoration. This study was designed to understand the impact of environmental factors on the Betaphycus gelatinum’s morphological characteristics by analyzing the morphological characteristics of the different parts of the Betaphycus gelatinum and different the ecological environment Betaphycus gelatinum the morphological characteristics of different Betaphycus gelatinum farming methods that provide a theoretical basis. This experiment in2012with Qionghai Oucun waters, eastern the Tongguling waters, the Wenchang Wengtian Harbour, of West Changjiang waters environmental factors on the morphological characteristics of the Betaphycus gelatinum preliminary statistics, the main environmental factors morphological characteristics, including temperature, salinity, transparency, pH, flow rate, dissolved oxygen, N, P and COD, clustering proceed from the external morphology (including the number of branches, number of teeth, length, width, thickness, color and curl) analysis, the distribution pattern of the different parts of the environmental factors on these morphological characteristics expect this analysis can be drawn. On four areas of environmental factors and the Betaphycus gelatinum morphological characteristics were analyzed, the results are as follows:Each region with the increase of depth of the water temperature, salinity, transparency, dissolved oxygen becomes gradually large, pH gradually decreases, the flow rate gradually decreases, N, P, COD gradually decreases. This corresponds with the lower part of the low areas Eucheuma from the upper part to the low areas gradually turn red, yellow and white gradually decreases; branches and the number of teeth of the small change gradually reduce the degree of curl.Compare the Oucun, Tongguling, Wengtian and Changjiang four waters, the results are displayed in the hydrological physical environment, water environment chemistry Wengtian>Tongguling>Changjiang>Oucun, the contrast morphological characteristics Weng Tian Effect of Eucheuma color is the deepest, the maximum branches, number of teeth and minimum curl, and then followed Tongguling, Changjiang, and finally Oucun.In short, Wengtian and Tongguling region due to Eucheuma grown under natural conditions and less human activities, but Oucun region under the impact of human activities has led to the lower growth of Eucheuma. Changjiang region is a breeding area, though not the most conducive to the Eucheuma growth areas, but the prospects for the development in the local is very well. Appeal to the rational development and utilization of the ocean, because only protect the marine environment in order to maintain the stability of the marine environment factors and protect marine species Habitat better.
