Development Of Apple Industry And Construction Of Apple Culture In Ansai Mountainous Region

In Yan’an which is one of the Shaanxi main apple producing areas, apple industry, asYan’an loess plateau advantageous industry, is playing an increasingly important role inincreasing farmers’ income and promoting regional economic development. Mountainousapple in hilly-gully region north of Yan’an is not only an important component of Yan’anapple, but also important embodiment of Yan ’an apple industry feature, and Ansai countyoccupies a very important position in Yan’an mountainous apple development. Accelerate theconstruction of apple culture is important for the development of and highlighting theadvantages of mountainous apple industry. Therefore, In this paper, by investigation andcollecting the relevant information, we analyzed the situation of Ansai apple industry andapple culture, systematically summarized the advantages and problems of Ansai appleindustry, make a plan for apple culture construction, and put forward some developmentstrategies. The main results were as follows:1. Ansai mountainous apple industry development has a sound basis and good climate forhuge development potential. In recent years, Ansai, locating in arid loess hilly area ofnorthern Shaanxi, has made great progress in demonstration garden, area and distribution ofapple cultivation, construction of marketing map and Ansai apple brand. However, thecontinuous development of Ansai apple industry also has difficulty in organic fertilizer andlabor force support, standardization management of orchard, resisting natural disaster,industrial chain extension. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of Ansaiapple industry, the vital task is to speed up the apple culture system construction.2. The construction of Ansai mountainous apple culture should be based on the localamorous feelings, take the apple industry development and product development as thecentral task, take the development of a variety of cultural industry as the foundation, payattention to combing the apple culture and "loess amorous feelings","red culture", highlightthe Ansai profound cultural details. Strengthen the construction of the apple culture shouldinclude promoting geoculture, protecting and beautifying the environment, reinforcing thescience and technology ability, constructing the featured products and brand, extending product culture.3. In order to construct Ansai mountainous apple’s culture, the government should givefull play in guidance and support, make policy for supporting industry culture construction,guide all social forces into the construction of apple culture. First, the government shouldincrease investment, integration of resources, speed up the construction of technical backboneteam, strengthen scientific and technological innovation system construction. Secondly, eachdepartment should combine traditional culture resources to apple culture, cultivate industrieswith characteristics, strengthen the propaganda, pay attention to marketing, efforts to create"Ansai mountainous apple" brand.
