Using atomic absorption spectrophotometer,UV-vwasible spectrophotometer, gaschromatography, gas chromatography mass spectrometry techniques skillet Amygdalus and sixrelatives nutrients were analyzed with the following results:①Skillet Amygdalus and related species rich K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn,Mn,Cu and othermineral elements. Different varieties contain different content elements, different varieties ofthe same provenance containing elements of the content was also different. The content of Kwas between5.94to7.11g/kg.The content of K in Gansu peach was the highest, with that ofK in amygdalus ordinary, fengning skillet amygdalus, plum, amygdalus Wushenqi skillet withno significant difference; The content of Ca was between4.16to9.61g/kg. The highestcontent of Ca was Prunus mongolica, and with no significant difference in floweringplum. The content of Mg was beteen3.98to5.38g/kg, with the highest content of that inshenmu skillet mandelic, and the differences between the varieties was not significant. Thecontent of Fe was between56.59to165.62mg/kg, with the highest content among floweringplum, and no significant difference with Mongolia Almond. The content of Zn was between51.54to116.3mg/kg, with the highest content in flowering plum. The content of Mn wasbetween7.68to20.29mg/kg, with the highest content among ordinary amygdalus and withno significant difference Xikang amygdalus. The content of Cu was between3.93to20.71mg/kg, with the highest content among flowering plum. Therefore, flowering plum elementcontents were high in content compared with other specices, with higher value in use. Of allthe elements content, Fengning skillet mandelic contain more higher compared whith otherskillet amygdalus.②Skillet Amygdalus and relatives of soluble sugar and reducing sugar werehigh:soluble sugar content was between10.95%to17.93%,with the highest in Yuyang skilletAmygdalus. Reducing sugar content was between1.84%to6.39%, with the highest content inFengning, with on big difference between Xikang,Yu Yang and Fengning. compared to othervarieties of the same species provenances, higher levels of Yuyang, indicated that the seed hashigher tolerance of drought.③Skillet Amygdalus and related species contain high levels of protein: Total protein content was between20.17%to25.86%, with the highest in fengning. Albumin content wasbetween14.64%to17.31%, with the highest content of Shaanxi and Gansu hickory, and itscontent with fengning, Shenmu was not significant. The content of Globulin was from3.42%to5.62%, with the highest content of fengning. The content of alcohol financial protein wasfrom0.25%to1.00%, with the highest content of Yuyang, with no significant differencebetween Fengning Xikang.Gluten content of2.82%-1.37%, of which the highest contentYuyang. Proteincomponent from high to low was albumin>globulin>gluten>gliadin. Fengning skillet Amygdalus has the highest total protein content, wirh albumin content in high level, and compared to others has higher value.④Skillet Amygdalus and relatives Amygdalus oil was rich in eight kinds of fatty acids ofoleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, palmitoleic acid, arachidic acid, linolenicacid and cwas-11-eicosenoic. Fatty acid composition of the samples were mainlyunsaturated fatty acids, and were higher than90%, from91.11%to97.60%, with the highestof Mongolia Almond, wihle highest content of that in skillet amygdalus was Wushenqiamygdalus skillet of97.04%. Fatty acid composition was mainly oleic acid from62.41%to77.79%, with the highest content concentrations in Fengning. The second most unsaturatedfatty acid in content was followed by linoleic acid from16.13%to29.79%, with the highestcontent of flowering plum, a highest content skillet mygdalus of Wushenqi amygdalus of27.19%. There were still trace amounts of palmitoleic acid from0.19%to0.54%, cwas-11-eicosenoic from0.15%to0.20%, linolenic acid from0.04%to0.16%. There were a smallamount of saturated fatty acids with mainly palmitic acid from1.55%to6.21%, stearic acidfrom0.47%to2.09%and arachidic acid from0.028%to0.10%. Compare the totalunsaturated fatty acids and beneficial fatty acid type and content, and the content of palmiticacid, the oil nature of Mongolia Almond, Shaanxi and Gansu hickory, Wushen skilletamygdalus, and Shenmu skillet amygdalus were more excellent.⑤Skillet Amygdalus and relatives with a certain content of unsaponifiable matter, content of1.09%-0.42%, flowering plum oil unsaponifiable matter content of1.09%, Yuyangskillet Amygdalus unsaponifiable matter content1.07%.⑥Unsaponifiables skillet Amygdalus contains were, sitosterol (γ-sitosterol45.03%-29.19%, C-sitosterol2.75%-0.52%), stigmasterol (12.06%-2.12%), squalene (11.21%-2.41%),(24Z)-3-hydroxy-5,24stigmasterol (28)-diene (14.50%-0.79%),(3á,5à)-3-stigmasterol (8.17%-0.79%),3,16-II-hydroxy-pregna-5-en-20-one (9.01%-0.20%),4A-methyl-ergost-7,24(28)-dien-3α group-ol (8.56%-2.05%),24-methylene-9,19-ring9A-lanostane-3A-ol (7.36%-0.50%), and farnesol (2.03%-0.50%), phytol (2.87%-0.94%)and so on. In the tested varieties, the content of sitosterol was the highest. Highest content of γ-sitosterol and C-sitosterol was in ShanGansu hickory; the highest content for squalene wasWushenqi skillet amygdalus; the highest content for stigmasterol was Wushenqi skilletAmygdalus;the highest content of (3á,5à)-3-stigmasterol was in Yuyang skillet Amygdalusof8.17%.High levels of the active compound were Xikang Almond amygdalus, Wushenqi skilletamygdalus, Shenmuskillet amygdalus,Yuyang skillet amygdalus. Higher levels of the activeingredient was a maximum of flowering plum; the highest content of sitosterol was Shaanxiand Gansu hickory, the highest content of squalene was Wushenqi amygdalus skillet.
