The paper studies the influence of ration (NDF) to the expression level of the weanedRex rabbit’s MUC1and MUC2and determines the optimal addition level for its ration NDFwith the intestinal mucosal immune status. In experiments56weaned young rabbits at35dayswith similar weight were selected, randomly divided into4groups, and they were fed rationscontaining NDF29%,33%,37%,41%, and28days later, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecumsamples were selected under-80℃frozen condition,MUC1, MUC2and FASN wereconducted for RT-PCR real-time fluorescence quantitative tests. The results showed that:1.MUC1of duodenum, jejunum, cecum in their expression had no significant effect toNDF level(p>0.05), NDF37%group of ileum compared with NDF29%group raised4.95times (p<0.05), and the other group had no difference (p>0.05).2.MUC2of jejunum, ileum, cecum in their expression level had no significant of NDF(p>0.05), MUC2expression value of NDF33%and NDF37%group of duodenum raised2.65times (p<0.05),3.13times (p<0.05), and the other group had no difference (p>0.05).3.Duodenal and ileum had higher MUC1and MUC2overexpression probability, whilejejunum MUC1and MUC2probability was lower, and the appendix MUC1and MUC2probability were all0%.4.MUC1and MUC2overexpression probability of NDF37%group in the4group were30%and23%, while MUC1and MUC2probability of NDF33%in the4group were10%and8%.5.Under normal circumstances, there was correlation between the expression of FASNand the expression of MUC2(p<0.01),y=0.50+2.06x;MUC2exceptionally expression had72%probability to cause the FASN overexpression. The study showed that intestinal expression of MUC1and MUC2could reflect theintestinal health, and Rex Rabbit’s duodenum and ileum were prone to infection; diet fibercould affect the expression of MUC1, MUC2inside duodenum and ileum;FASN could limitthe expression of MUC2; An33%NDF ration was helpful to shape a good intestinalenvironment.
