This paper aims at studying the effects of mushroom handle water-extraction on seed vigor, coldresistance and herbicide tolerance of two different rapeseed varieties of qinyou8and shanyou6, in the test,optimal concentration for soaking rape seed were identified, and it will provides the basis for utilizing thewaste mushrooms handle to develop pollution-free nutrient fertilizer for rape growth. The test concluded asfollows:1. Soaking treatment with mushrooms handle water-extraction can improve seed vigor of rapeseedlingsIt could improve seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index and seedling growth potential(root length, plant height, dry weight) of the two rapeseed varieties that when the seed were soaked withdifferent time in different concentrations of mushrooms handle water-extraction. When rape seeds weresoaked in the different concentrations of0.001g/mL,0.002g/mL,0.005g/mL,0.01g/mL and0.02g/mL withsame time,0.005g/mL was optimal concentration for soaking rape seed. When rape seeds were soaked12,24and36hours in the same concentration respectively, the24hours of treatment for each index improvingeffect is most obvious. So the best soaking concentration is0.005g/mL, and the best soaking time is24hours.SOD and POD activity in two rapeseed varieties seedlings were increased, seedling relativeconductivity were reduced when seeds were soaked with24hours in different concentrations ofMushrooms handle water-extraction, and there were significant differences compared with the control.2.Soaking treatment with mushrooms handle water-extraction can improve cold resistance of rapeseedlingsSoaking24hours in0.005g/mL could increase the germination rate, root length, plant height and dryweight of two rapeseed varieties at4℃, and after two days stress at4℃, SOD activity, POD activity andsoluble protein content, soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content in seedling leaf were increased,meanwhile the MDA content was reduced, which suggested that soaking with mushroom handlewater-extraction enhanced cold resistance of rape seedlings.3. Soaking treatment with mushrooms handle water-extraction can improve herbicide tolerance of rapeseedlingsSoaking24hours in0.005g/mL could increase the germination rate, seedling growth potential, SODand POD activity, and could reduced seedling relative conductivity of two rapeseed varieties in herbicide(Glyphosate, Acetochlor, Pendimethalin)stress, which suggested that soaking with mushroom handlewater-extraction enhanced herbicide tolerance of rape seedlings.
