It is important to develop the modern tobacco agriculture for the improvement the livingstandards of farmers, promote rural economic development. In order to further promote thedevelopment of Yanan modern tobacco, and improve the quality of tobacco in Baota Districtof Yanan city, we conducted a study on flue-cured tobacco seedlings transplanting film andapplication of herbicide since2012. To promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco in NorthernShaanxi, resistance and yield of flue-cured tobacco quality, provide certain theoretical basis,and determine the flue-cured tobacco under film transplanting the best transplanting periodaccording to the local climate conditions. The study focused on technical that suitable forNorthern Shaanxi area, based on the actual conditions of Yanan city of Northern Shaanxi area.By improving the Flue-cured Tobacco under film transplanting technology to solve the keyproblems that restrict the formation of DOWN-FILM transplanting and seedling transplantingtechnology of film, based on the plant diseases and insect pests, yield and quality of farming,staggered, enhance the enthusiasm of farmers. The main results are as follows:(1) In the rosette stage, the effects of different transplanting date on agronomic traits analysisshowed that the effect on plant height, T1(April18th) was the tallest, which was33.5cm, T4(May6th) for a minimum of30.6cm; Wang in the long term, T2(April24th) and T3(April30th) treatment in flue-cured tobacco plant height more than T1treatment, T4treatment waslower than that of T1treatment. In the bud stage, the lowest in the treatment of T1aftertopping, the change of plant height the same trend and squaring stage. Effects on leaf number,in the rosette stage, T1, T2and T3tobacco leaf number were significantly higher than that ofT4, and T1, T2treatment was significantly higher than that of T3treatment of tobacco. In theprogress of growth period, the growth of flue-cured tobacco transplanting date forwardprocessing advantage gradually weakened, and growing, T2and T3tobacco leaf numbermore than T1, but T4treatment of tobacco leaf number was lower than that of T1treatment.In squaring stage and topping stage, the lowest in the treatment of T1. Stem girth, changetrend of pitch and height and leaf number similarity. In the rosette stage and vigorous, T4stem girth and pitch of the lowest, squaring stage and topping stage, T1stem girth, pitch lowest. Comprehensive analysis showed that in April30th April18th the best transplantingtransplanting; the worst.(2) The effects of different transplanting dates on the chemical characters of flue-curedtobacco analysis showed that no significant difference between the test of reducing sugarcontent, reducing sugar content of upper leaves only the T3was significantly higher than thatof T1, T4, reducing sugar content of lower leaf T1, T2treatment was significantly higher inT4treatment. We found that in the comparison of total sugar content, total sugar content ofT3treatment of upper leaves and middle leaves and lower leaves of each treatment was thehighest, the total sugar content of T2treatment was the highest in upper leaves; T3twoglucoses were the highest, the lowest in the treatment of T1. T1central leaf; the lower leavestwo sugar than is generally low, the ratio of T2treatment was the highest, followed by the T3treatment. Total nitrogen, upper leaves in T4treatment was significantly lower than othertreatments, no significant difference in change of the total nitrogen content of middle leavesand lower leaves in each treatment. No significant difference of total potassium content ineach treatment. Nicotine, the upper leaves, T3treatment was significantly higher than that ofother nicotine treatment; the treatment of nicotine content was moderate; the lower leaves, T1treatment was significantly higher than that of other nicotine nicotine content in upper leavesof each treatment; low in general, the nicotine content of T4treatment was lower than othertreatment. In the sugar alkali ratio, the ratio of upper leaves T3best. On leaf chloride analysisindicated that the differences between the upper leaves was not significant, middle leaves andlower leaves in T4treatment was significantly lower than other treatments.(3) May be by analyzing the effects of different transplanting dates on the economiccharacters of flue-cured tobacco, T3(April30th) fold highest,19.68yuan/kg, the outputvalue reached1900.30yuan/mu, economic indicators were better than the other treatment,which showed some advantage. The possibility in flue-cured tobacco at the end of4,transplanting, tobacco at the right temperature, precipitation and light conditions, can obtainhigher economic benefits. Therefore, in April30th the region of Flue-cured Tobacco underfilm was the best transplanting period.(4) In the test method of using herbicides, using method of disease of agronomic traits offlue-cured tobacco after transplanting, the incidence and economic characters and nosignificant impact showed that the use of herbicides was safe for flue-cured tobacco.
