Abstract/Summary:
The shortage of clean water and water pollution are increasing on a global scale.Point source pollution, such as industrial wastewater and municipal sewage have beencontrolled effectively, but non-point source pollution, especially caused byagricultural production is becoming one of the biggest water pollution problem. Chinause a lot of fertilizer annual, but the utilization rate of the fertilizer is not high, a largeamount of nitrogen and phosphorus wash out to the environment, deterioratingagricultural nonpoint source pollution phenomenon. In order to solve these problems, this experiment chose wheat as experimentalsubject object, based on the arbuscular mycorrhizal (arbuscular mycorrhizal, AM)agricultural cleaner production technology applied in the fields of production. Theexperiment selected two kinds of native Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF),including GM (Glomus mosseae) and GI (Glomus intraradices), to study the effectsof AMF on the vegetative growth of wheat and elements of nitrogen and phosphorusin different concentration of fertilizer applied.Experimental studies have found that infection rate can be significantlyincreased by artificial inoculation (p<0.05). the effect of GM on wheat is muchbetter than that of GI. AMF can significantly improve wheat height, abovegroundbiomass and underground biomass. The curve fitting show that the fastest growthperiod of wheat has been shifted to an earlier date. Mycorrhizal dependency ofunderground part is much higher than that of aerial parts. The ability of wheat to nitrogen and phosphorus absorption can be improved byartificial fungi in the soil, the nitrogen in the soil are changed significantly in30-60d,120d-150d, when75%fertilizer is applied, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus insoil is reduced significantly. The change of soil nitrogen is26.29%by the applicationof GM, that of GI is26.21%; The reduction of phosphorus was19.44%by GM and13.54%by GI. The nitrogen and phosphorus content of plant can be promoted byAMF. The effect of GM on nitrogen and phosphorus content of plant is better than that of GI.In summary, the experimental results show that effect of the GM on infectionrate of plant, promoting plant growth, mycorrhizal dependency and improve nitrogenand phosphorus absorption are better than GI. And when the amount of fertilizer is75%, mycorrhizal fungi can be more effectively. By the use of AMF, the amount offertilizer applied can be reduced60.56kg/hm2. AMF can improve the use of nitrogenand phosphorus by strengthening the fixation of nitrogen and phosphorus in wheat, the effect of GM on nitrogen and phosphorus in soil is better than that of GI.
