With the improvement of people’s livingstandard, more and more people had a full understanding on the medicinal and nutritional value ofalmond. The great demand in the domestic and foreign markets resulted in a surprising growth ofalmond, so the almond processing industry has good prospects for development. Separation of apricotstone shell and kernel is important technical foundation for deep processing of almond after brokenshell. In order to speed up the pace of mechanized processing of my area almond industry, developSeparation of apricot stone shell and kernel devices that suitable for our country to used, it isconducive to improving the poor situation of almond processing technology in china.In the ways of measured that shape size and physical characteristics of apricot stone shell and kernelafter broken it shell, We confirmed the main shape feature sizes of apricot stone-material ininstitutional design based on,and considering the differences of friction characteristics, weight andsuspension speed factor about apricot stone shell and kernel, on this basis to determine separation ofshell and kernel method that use the wind effect and Supplemented with shaker effect. This artcleexpounds the almond shell and kernel layer under the action of wind and along the screen surface ofdifferent direction stress condition and movement, has provided the theory basis for the design ofvibration screen separation mechanism. At the same time, illustrated the influence of suspensionvelocity of apricot stone material and its mechanical characteristics on separation efficiency, andprovided an important theoretical basis for the optimum parameter and transmission mechanism ofthe selection of fan.Study on the base of apricot stone-material, we use the different physical properties of the frictioncoefficient and the suspension velocity about almond and apricot shell, With upward air flowthrough the grains clearance to push thestratification of almond and broken shells, when vibratingscreen cause the materials vibrate, Shell and kernel along the screen surface in different directions,so as to realize the separation of shell and the kernel. as the method with specific gravity winnowingto design separator machine for apricot stone shell and kernel to realize of materials separation. Twoorthogonal regression experiment based on Almond separating mechanism, the best parameterscombination of main factors influencing the separation effect of the separation mechanism, andthrough the calculation of three indexes of apricot shell seed winnower the regression equation.
