The Paper has analyzed ecological factors changes in different phonological periods and its effect onphysiology and output of cotton by fixed field observation and determination of cotton photosyntheticphysiological indicators in Jujube-cotton intercropping system in Aksu with the arid oasis irrigationconditions.The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:1. In different phonological periods,compared to the CK,the light intensity was much lower inintercropping system. In space, the closer the distance to the Jujube trees, the lower the light intensity.2. The average wind speed,air temperature and soil temperature in intercropping system was smallerthan CK. The average air temperature was decreased by3.0℃;the average surface of the groundtemperature was decreased by4.3℃;the average temperature under the ground surface by5cm wasdecreased by3.5℃;the average temperature under the ground surface by10cm was decreased by3.7℃;the average temperature under the ground surface by15cm was decreased by1.9℃;the averagetemperature under the ground surface by15cm was decreased by3.3℃;the average protection effete was38.6%;in different phono1ogical periods,the relative humidity in intercropping was increased by3%.3. In different phonological periods,compared to the CK,the average soil moisture was much higherin intercropping system. The average soil moisture from0cm to20cm and from20cm to40cm, wererespectively higher by3.13%and3.62%. The closer and away from the jujube, soil moisture was lower.The soil moisture was different apparently in different phonological periods,which had a relation withirrigation.4. Cotton photosynthesis was affected by ecological factors in intercropping system, the PAR and Pnat different points showed significant differences. Both showed distance from jujube trees farther, withhigher values.5. The intercropping system had effete on the number of cotton,weight of one cotton, and output ofunit area,the closer distance from jujube trees,single seeding cotton ball,ball weight,number of spickand output was the lower.Compared to the CK,the average cotton production of intercropping system wasdecreased by40.2%.6. The unit area output of jujube-cotton intercropping was reached37,135.5yuan, compared to theCK,was higher by1.30times.
