Porcine circovirus disease originated by Porcine circovirus type-2(PCV-2) is a new infectious disease which lead to immunosuppression. PCV has two serotypes(PCV-1and PCV-2), among Which PCV-1is no pathogenicity, and Current strains of PCV-2circulating in the field are classified into two groups, termed PC V-2a and PC V-2b, Outbreaks of severe PCVAD in North America and other countries are often linked to a shift from PCV-2a to PCV-2b as the predominant genotype. The PCV-2mainly causes the pig to be posted multi-system weak syndrome (PMWS), pig dermatitis nephritis syndrome (PDNS), proliferative necrotic pneumonia (PNP), pig respiratory syndrome (PRDC), the reproduction barrier, congenitalness shivers, enteritis and so on. Which is very popular in China in recent years, and restrict the development of pig industry in China.In order to effectively control Porcine circovirus disease in Dafeng, First,629porcine serum samples were collected from7large scale pig farms(none of the commercialization of porcine circovirus vaccine immunization) between March2010and October2011detected for antibody against PCV; Then, The small group comparative test of imported vaccines and domestic vaccines for Porcine circovirus type-2, and the better test group are selected to carry out large group of test. Meanwhile, research on Comprehensive measures for the prevention and control, Finally, a system of security prevention and controlling for porcine circovirus disease is built up. The experimental results are as follows:629porcine serum samples were collected from7large scale pig farms(none of the commercialization of porcine circovirus vaccine immunization) between March2010and October2011and detected for antibody against PCV by using commercial porcine circovirus antibody diagnostic kit (PCV-2-ELISA). The result showed that the positive rate of breeding pig was98.32%, the positive rate of commercial pig population had a trend of changes that the positive rate was high in lactation(over80%), and was gradually decreased in nursery, was lowest in70day old(14.55%), then rised, and was100%in120day old. The result showed that the positive rates of swinery at different growth stages were high in the two margins(positive rate of piglets and adult pigs)and low in the middle (positive rate of nursery pigs),there was significant difference of serum antibody level in different growth stages.Similar days old and weight Yorkshire piglets were randomly divided into three groups, the first group were immunized imported vaccines for Porcine circovirus type-2with1portion each head at14day old; The second group were immunized domestic vaccines for Porcine circovirus type-2with1portion each head at14day old, and booster immunized1portion each head at35day old; Other immune procedures of the two immunized groups were the same as control group(the third group). Statistical analysis of experimental data showed that the first group and the second group were higher than the control group by3.91kg and2.57kg in average weight, respectively, and by42.4g and26.3g in the average daily gains during finishing stage; During the whole trial period, the first group had a higher survival rate(95.6%)than the second group(94.8%), and than the control group(91.7%). The first group and the second group were more than the control group by45.38yuan and26.26yuan in average weight, respectively, The profit for every hog in first group was45.38RMB higher than that of control group and19.12RMB higher than that of the second group. The results indicate that vaccines for Porcine circovirus type-2can improve average daily gains and survival rate, so improved economic benefit, and imported vaccines for Porcine circovirus type-2has better effects than domestic vaccines.60similar days old and weight Yorkshire piglets were randomly divided into two groups, in each of which there were3replications,10piglets per replication, test group were immunized VLP-based inactivated vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2from Boehringer with1portion each head at14day old, other immune procedures were the same as control group. Statistical analysis of experimental data showed that There were no significant differences in the average daily gains between test group and control group during piglet and nursing stage (P>0.05), and the survival percent of two pig group all were100%(P>0.05). There were also significant differences in the average daily gains between test group (767.5g) and control group (687.5g) during finishing stage (P<0.05), and the evenness and feed intake of the test group was much better than the control group. the death and culling rate of test group (3.3%) was much lower than the control group.One element delivery room were randomly selected for test group(immunized vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2from Boehringer with1portion each head at14day old), four elements delivery room were selected for control group (unimmunized vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2)around test group, which was the first lot of testing. Two adjacent element delivery room were randomly selected for test group, two elements delivery room were selected for control group before and after test group, which was the second lot of testing. the results showed that the average daily gains of two batches of test groups all were significantly higher than those in control groups(P<0.05)(on the first lot of testing,test group(768.0g), were significantly higher than those in control group(663.7g); on the second lot of testing, test group(781.1g), were significantly higher than those in control group(724.2g)), their other production index(survival rate, day old to market, feed conversion ratio and so on)were no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusively, the trial group(immunized vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2) was much better than the control group (unimmunized vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2). vaccines for porcine circovirus type-2could improve growth performance of swinery.The author prevent and control porcine circovirus disease through implementation of biosafty management, feeding and management meticulously, immunity and health. The results showed that the fever phenomenon of herds decreased significantly, the symptoms relieved or disappeared, the Proportion of runtpiglet decreased, the foraging of herds increased significantly compared with the former of the prevention and control;The survival rate of fattening pig increased to97.39%from94.42%, The daily gain increased to712.89g from622.34g, feed conversion ratio is2.74, reduced5.5%. The time of coming into the market was ahead of5.5days than the former of the prevention and control. Comprehensive prevention and control measures made the performance of herds improved, and increased economic benefit.
