The root system of soybean is not developed, the water demand in legume crops is the most sensitive to water, moisture greater impact on soybean growth. It can not only affect the morphological changes on the soybean plants, but also affect their physiological responses. Water stress has been an important limiting factor to the high and stable yields of soybean. In this study, soybean (Glycine max var. Nannong99-6) was used by the pot experiment to study the morphological characteristics and physiological characteristics and the internal mechanism of water stress on soybean seedling, flowering, and mitigation effects and regulation mechanisms of polyaspartic ammonia acid on soybean, to provide a theoretical basis for soybean, disaster prevention, mitigation and technical support. The results showed that:1Flooding inhibited the growth of the soybean, that reduced the plant height, biomass, leaf area, and pigment contents in leaves, decreased photosynthetic capacity, lipid peroxidation. Soybean growth was improved in the state of the lifting of waterlogging stress. Spraied by Polyaspartate, the plant height, biomass and leaf area growth rate of decline slowed, the chlorophyll content decreased smaller, an increase of soluble protein and SPS activity was showed, while reducing malondialdehyde (MDA) and soluble sugar contents and GS, SS activities in soybean leaves under waterlogged.2As the drought intensifies, the growth rate of plant biomass reduced, the chlorophyll content decreased, and the gradual increasing in MDA, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity expressed as an enhanced trend. Spraying polyaspartic acid treatment, the biomass growth rate of decline showed, the smaller decreasing of chlorophyll content, MDA content and SOD activity increasing trend have been alleviated. The experimental results showed that the polyaspartic acid had relieving effects on soybean subject to water stress.
