| Aquarium, which purpose is science education, scientific research, conservation, recreation and leisure,is a place built for breeding and showing aquatic ecosystems, but also the protection of wild aquatic animals off-site facilities. Aquarium began in the17th century, which have200years of history until now. In1789, France established the world’s first aquarium. The rapid development of medium-sized aquarium abroad from the late1980s, especially after the1990s, new built and rebuilt many medium-sized aquariums. As a simulation of aquarium aquatic environment, it has gone through three stages in abroad, namely, the train window type, migratory trough and large multi-purpose. After the mid-1990s, new construction and renovation is large multi-purpose, called third-generation aquarium. The representative of these aquariums is Cross Harbors Tunnel, which uses high strength, made of transparent acrylic glass; visitors can watch the undersea tunnel sink in aquatic organisms.The core of aquarium operations is of management and feeding aquarium display. This requires not only a team of experienced experts in aquatic organisms, more important is that the hardware design and related facilities, which is pool supporting the use of water treatment equipment. This paper used a large sea water aquarium as an analysis example,(usually500cubic meters and above water), with emphasis on the water cycle (water) way, life-support system in the sand filter system, protein filtration system, chemical and biological systems, disinfection, water quality monitoring as the main content, during the basic configuration of principles and control. Sand filter system which focuses on the open set gravity sand filtration system settings, closed Shaguan filtration system settings; protein filtration system set focuses on the principle of protein filtration tank and set a reasonable match with ozone; biochemical system set focuses on the biochemical reactions of media----biochemical ball, ceramic rings, cotton and other settings biochemical principles; sterilization, disinfection system set focuses on the UV germicidal lamp and set the principles and requirements of ozone. Dissolved oxygen water quality control are the main factors, temperature, salts degrees, salinity, hardness, nitrate, ammonia, redox potential, total number of bacteria and so on. |
