In order to find out new approaches and methods of integrate control the important teapest, Euproctis pseudoconspersa, and develop and utilize the resource ofentomopathogenic fungi and predators as the spider resources, in the present thesis, ecological characteristics and artificial rearing techniques of E. pseudoconspersa werestudy as well.1Indoor rearing conditions and biological of E. pseudoconspersaField acquisition E. pseudoconspersa were back to the lab for indoor incubation andbreeding of subculture, and each instar larva developmental threshold temperature andeffective accumulated temperature were test. The results showed,20±0.5℃under thecondition of larval duration of55.5days,30±0.5℃larval duration of33.8days,10℃duration is21.7days.The larval stage developmental threshold temperature of4.92±5.00℃,the newly hatched larvae stage point temperature for a minimum of0.66℃, the other instardifference is not obvious, in3.39-6.69℃. The larval stage of the effective accumulatedtemperature of815.88±199.11degree-day, minimum effective accumulated temperature inthe age of3is90degree-day, and maximum in the age of7is144.91degree-day, after age3each instar has10degree-day of difference.Indoor rearing of E. pseudoconspersa strand discovered female and male date ofeclosion related2.3day, male and female adult eclosion time inconsistency affected femaleadult oviposition rate and fecundity. The same day the emergence of the adult male andfemale mating, egg laying rate is approximately one day between the male and femaleadult eclosion2times. According to the effective accumulated temperature of E.pseudoconspersa pupa, the pupa on23℃, the female pupa on25℃, regulates eclosionperiod was a male than the female pupa ambient temperature as low as2℃, to improve themale and female the same day eclosion, thereby obtaining higher mating and ovipositionrate, improve artificial feeding efficiency. The average life expectancy of E. pseudoconspersa adults only about5day, includingadult honey nutrition supplement the test results did not significantly improve the adultlifespan, Also can not complement of adult nutrition to prolong the life of the method tomake the male and female eclosion synchronization. E. pseudoconspersa was well rearedin hydroponic tea twigs at the conditions of25±0.5℃, relative humidity (RH)70%-80%and a photoperiod of12:12h (L:D), the larvae can eat fresh leaf, well completion ofgenerations. Euproctis pupa can adjust the temperature to improve the eclosion of synchronization, so as to increase mating number to get lots of eggs, so that it can greatlyimprove the efficiency of artificial rearing.2Pathogenicity of different fungal species on Euproctis pseudoconspersaThe virulence test of four species of entomogenous fungi Beauveriabrongniarti,Beauveria bassiana vuil, Metarhizium anisopliae and Nomuraea rileyi to E.pseudoconspersa larvae showed9Beauveria bassiana strains obviously controlled to E.pseudoconspersa compared with other fungal species. Its LT50value to the3th instar larvaeof E. pseudoconspersa was within2d and adjusted accumulative mortality was more than90%when concentration was1×108conidia·mL-1.Determination of9strains of Beauveria bassiana correction of cumulative mortalityrate and median lethal time LT50,9strains of Beauveria bassiana showed high virulencestrains, and then determine the lethal concentration of LC50.1×104、1×105conidia·mL-1low concentrations on E. pseudoconspersa larvae infection is poor, mortality is extremelylow. Bb1309and Bb1410, two strains of1×108conidia·mL-1concentration of E.pseudoconspersa strand, correction of cumulative mortality rate reached100%,1×107conidia·mL-1concentrations, corrected cumulative mortality rate all achieves80%above,Bb1410reached96.43%. Bb1410and Bb1309strains of LC50minimum, respectively is2.053×106、2.053×106conidia·mL-1. Eventually come to Bb1410and Bb1309is theprevention of E. pseudoconspersa strand of high toxicity, pathogenicity better strains, worthy of further study.3Species composition and mixed spider communities changed dynamicallyover timePat and trap of combining two methods, used the time of7months to investigate thespiders in tea plantation, a total of21times, the collected specimen number2805. In Apriland May to collect the spider after identification of a total of13familys, Lycosidae asdominant family, wherein Pardosa astrigera and Pardosa laura accounted for75.57%of thetotal number of spiders, Pardosa laura accounted for58.81%of the total number ofLycosidae, dominant species. The dominant family of Lycosidae time variation in earlyMay, reach a peak, the spider is the maximum number of76. During the acquisition period, from April to early June every collected spiders total amount of basic level, most of theMay1st and June10th86and84. In early July to a small peak, collected spiders amountedto308, in early August to reach the whole investigation period of the peak, the collectedspiders amount amount to434.
