| Since continuously,the water jacket furnace has been widely applied in the oil field by its reliability and safety ,but the technical level of the heating furnace is not high in our country and we have a long way to go with the international advanced level. Study on the numerical value simulation of the heating furnace is very significant. The numerical value simulation of natural-gas combustion in the water jacket furnace is performed with FLUENT software in this dissertation, and the concentration, temperature, fluid flow and NOX concentration are analyzed. The results show that, there is a great circumfluence in the fire box and we can get good temperature distribution, low oxygen concentration, low NOX concentration. The temperature distribution of the fire box’s shell is also studied, we can conclude that the temperature near the outlet of the fire box is high correspondingly; it could be burned out easily, so we should do something to protect it. The property of natural-gas combustion is still studied by changing some parameter such as the ratio of fuel velocity and air velocity and the fuel consumption. The results show that, the uniform temperature distribution and low O2, NOX concentration are acquired when the ratio of fuel velocity and air velocity is 2.5-3.0, too high ratio leads to high O2, NOX concentration and high outlet temperature. The low O2 concentration, low temperature near the outlet of the fire box and the fire box’s shell and low NOX concentration are acquired when the fuel consumption is 180 m3/h.The conclusions provides theory foundation for developing study of water jacket furnace. |
