With the rapid development of the electronic technology, the electromagneticcompatibility(EMC) problem of the multi-vehicular system is increasingly prominent,causing the growing electromagnetic interference problem in the vehicle-borne radar.The interference sources characteristics of the vehicle-borne radar are analyzed in thispaper, and the analysis of the electromagnetic compatibility problem on thevehicle-borne radar in the perspective of an antenna near-field and far-field isproposed.This paper takes the vehicle-borne radar as the research target. Firstly, based onthe study of the working principle and composition features of the radar, the potentialdisturbed working frequency band and interference means in the radar are analyzed;then the interference sources of the vehicle-borne radar and the division of near and farfield are covered, and the near-field interference model and far-field interferencemodel of the vehicle-borne radar are studied respectively. The respective calculationformulas of coupling factor and interference level are given, calculated and analyzedthrough some examples. Finally, according to the software development methods,theelectromagnetic compatibility simulation software on the vehicle-borne radar ispreliminary designed.
