Spacecraft embedded software is the special embedded software geared toaerospace field. Its reliability and robustness have the direct bearing on the safety ofspacecraft. Aerospace vehicle safety is very important, once fault occurs, it will causethe plane crash tragedy, caused huge casualties and property losses, and so a sufficientdebugging and verification of the software is very important. As a result, testing thespacecraft embedded software fleetly and effectively become vital.On the basis of the testing requirement of spacecraft embedded software, a methodis proposed in this paper through quickly building the outreach testing environment ofthe target hardware in the visual modeling way. Firstly, the whole system’s requirementsand architecture has been introduced in detail in the paper, which can debug andvalidate the embedded software integrated. And the brief description of static modeling,dynamic modeling, board configuration, model validation, code generation and onlinemonitoring has been given in the system. Secondly, the paper presents the design andimplementation of structured COM model, including the creation and initialization ofstructured serial variable in static modeling, the way to control serial communicationusing structured serial variables in dynamic modeling, and the mapping mode to mapserial data into structured serial variables. In this mapping mode, Platform forDebugging and Verifying Software implements a method for controlling serialcommunication through structured serial variables, and the function to report datadisplayed in a tree structure on the display and control panel to the managementcomputer. Finally, the system core code are be tested and verified in this paper. Wedescribe the project’s initial use and running, and summarized the project based onmodules already competed. At the end of this paper, we also prospect the furtherresearch work.
