The curtain grouting is an effective technical means to control underground water disasters. And the key is to determine the parameters of grouting reinforcement ring reasonably. But limited to the complexity of the structure model and the concealment of the grouting engineering, the theoretical research on grouting Reinforcement is far more behind the engineering practice. This paper, which is based on fluid-structure interaction theory, uses the finite element calculation software to analyse the fundamental factors that affect the water plugging reinforcing efficiency and stability of Grouting reinforcement ring. It also discusses how much each factor impacts the stability of tunnels. Base on the above it makes use of water-rich fracture zone disasters comprehensive grouting engineering examples in F2fault of Zhong Jiashan tunnel to do a deeper research. These studies include determining the optimal combination of parameters for the grouting reinforcement ring and the reasonable solution to The curtain grouting water plugging in water-rich formation. The main research is as follows:(1) Researches on the basic impacts on stability of grouting reinforcement ring. The fluid-structure interaction model is established by using numerical simulation method. The changes of rock mass seepage field, displacement field, stress field and plastic zone is obtained, according to the numerical solution. By comparing the conditions on site, it analyzed the effect law in which the hydrogeological, grouting reinforcement ring parameters and so on many factors make the impact on the stress characteristics and deformation of grouting reinforcement ring. So this article provides the basis for the study of different factors on the degree of the influence of the tunnel grouting reinforcement ring.(2) Serialization researches on influencing factors of grouting reinforcement ring in tunnel. On the base of the researches of influencing factors to grouting reinforcement ring stability,this article make a deep research on the effect weight of different influencing factors by Orthogonal Experiment Design. So it will contribute to find the optimal parameters and combination in the engineering practice.(3)Grouting reinforcement ring parameter optimization and the curtain grouting design. Combining comprehensive grouting engineering of F2fault fracture zone rich water disasters in Zhong Jiashan tunnel, Jiangxi province. Orthogonal design the tunnel stability index, the optimal parameter combination determine grouting reinforcement ring. And make the curtain grouting guiding reference design. According to the engineering practice, Verify the reliability of above researches.
