Magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor has the characteristics withdirect drive and magnetic levitation. It can eliminate adverse effect brought by thetransmission chain and rail friction between dynamic and static, rapid response abilityand the precision of the system, thus has broad application prospects. This paper isdevoted to the magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo controlsystem,which is supplied by the National Natural Science Foundation project:“Study onthe direct magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor of CNC machine tools andits servo control system(project approval number:50975181)”.The main research contentsare as follows:(1) The mathematical model of Magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor.The operation mechanism of magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor isresearched. The thrust winding control strategy is id=0, attain the d-q axis mathematicalmodel of magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor.(2) The magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo system H∞robustcontrol research. After mathematical model of magnetic levitation permanent magnetlinear motor is established, the state space equation is deduced; apply the H∞robustcontrol method, the magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor servo systemcontroller design problem is transformed into a standard H∞control problem, acquire theH∞robust feedback controller of motor servo system; Under the simulation environmentof Matlab/Simulink, system simulation model is researched.(3) The hardware and software design of magnetic levitation permanent magnetlinear motor servo system. With DSP TMS320F2812chip as the core of the systemcontrol circuit, design the main circuit, fault diagnosis circuit, power circuit etc. Applythe C language for the system software design, include the main program, timerunderflow interrupt service subprogram and capture interrupt service subroutine. (4) Some experimental studies of the magnetic levitation permanent magnet linearmotor servo system. Use the voltage space vector pulse width modulation technology, setup a platform of control system base on DSP, and measure six routes DSP outputs PWMwaveform, the magnetic levitation permanent magnet linear motor pole position detectionsignal, the line voltage and phase voltage waveform.
