With the development of modern science technology, the application of micro-nanopowder technology involved in food, medicine, chemical industry, biological engineering,and many other fields. And the research of micro-nano powder technology involved in thepreparation technology of micro/nano powder, the description and characterizationtechnology of the particle characteristics, the technology of the particle surfacemodification and so on. As the basis of micro-nano powder technology, micro-nanopowder preparation technology is particularly important. And in the field of biomedicine,pulmonary drug delivery means that the drug is delivered to the lungs in a non-intrusiveway with special devices, and brings out local or systemic treatment effect. It became aneffective way of treating asthma. In general, the drug particle size in1~5μm is regardedwith more effective drug effects.For the preparation of micro-nano powder in biological pulmonary drug delivery, themicro-nano powder preparation methods were analysed, and the piezoelectric driven spraydrying method was selected to prepare micro-nano drug powder. By comparing technicalplans, the longitudinal diameter composite piezoelectric drive plan was selected asexcitation source of the micro spraying, and the overall piezoelectric micro-spray dryingtechnical plan was also designed. Based on the plan research, piezoelectric micro spraydrying process was analysed, and the mathematical model of micro-spray was constructed.On the basis of the mathematical model, the size of the fluid cavity in the key structure, theparameters of the piezo-driven material structure were calculated and designed.Based on finite element analysis software, the piezoelectric driven spray process wasanalysed, the formation of the droplet was simulated, and the experiment device was usedto carry out powder spray drying experiments. The experimental results showed that theparticle size of the powder obtained by longitudinal diameter composite piezoelectric driving spray drying method proved to be between3and5micrometers, uniformdistribution and good dispersion, suggesting a great potential for biological micro-nanodrug powder preparation.
