With the rapid development of our country, the proportion of building energy in the totalsociety energy consumption is increasing, from10%late seventies to around30%now days.However, currently the main energy still is the coal, oil, natural gas and other fossil-basedenergy, while the solar, wind, biomass and other renewable energy proportion is very small.The burning of fossil fuels polluting gas emissions not only pollute the environment, but alsocontribute to fog and haze today in northern cities. Building energy should be developedtowards highly adaptable, easy purification, development of clean energy direction. Heatmetering reform is one of the most effective measures to promote building energy efficiencyand taking heating system charging system become the inevitable road. The purpose ofbuilding energy saving is to enhance the comfort of building, to truly improve the lives ofpeople, while reduce the building energy. Therefore, building energy saving is a majorstrategic initiative for sustainable development of our country and an important part to build aresource-saving and environment-friendly society.Low temperature hot water floor radiant heating technology as a way of heating iscomfortable and saving energy and suitable for low-class heat and it is easy control ofhousehold metering, so it is more and more widely used in society. In this paper, the methodof combining theory with experiment was used to research a new thin fabricatedlow-temperature radiant heating plate system. Through the establishment of the experimentalroom, the thermal performance of radiant floor heating system was tested, and the distributionof floor surface temperature and heat flux were measured at different average supply andreturn water temperatures, finally various fitting relations were obtained under each operatingconditions. While the experimental conditions were simulated by using ANSYS simulationsoftware, then the comparison of experimental values and simulated values was made, andcorrected the simulated values with experimental values, finally got a series of system thermalparameters correction factors. Then we got the floor thermal performance under conditions ofdifferent indoor temperature and different supply and return water temperature with usingsimulation and correction.Based on the research of new thin fabricated radiant floor heating system, a prefabricatedthin composite phase change heating plate was raised for the deficiency of locating boardthermal storage capacity. The phase change material is blended with calcium silicate boardsubstrate to make phase change thermal storage layer which greatly improving the heatstorage capacity of the heating system. According to the policy TOU power system, heat energy produced at night by cheap electricity was stored for use next day, not only can reduceheating costs, but also play a “load shifting” role.The research results supply theory basis for the development of floor radiant heatingtechnique, and provided technical support for usage of the low-class energy.
