At present, with the advent of the era of natural gas, gas can cause the rapid developmentof our country. Natural gas with its advantages of the high calorific value, clean sanitation,become the ideal town gas source. With the development and utilization of natural gasresources, has been more and more cities choose natural gas as gas source. However, existingproblems of fuel gas facilities, and especially running safety problems, a direct impact on thesafety of urban gas pipeline system, the stability and efficiency. In this paper, the city gaspipeline system is divided into the door station, ChuPeiZhan, gas station, gas pipe networkand user five big modules, each module failure may occur even accidents.First of all, based on the characteristics of city gas pipeline system, is presented based onthe safety assessment of urban gas pipeline system integrity management process. System isgood or not is directly related to the user’s reliability, security, and is closely related to theresidents of life and property, and therefore is very necessary for pipeline integritymanagement, to find out the main failure forms of urban gas pipeline system and the possibleexistence of weak links.Second, the risk level of the system, the author of this paper make a comprehensiveevaluation, and aims at gate station, ChuPeiZhan, gas station, gas pipe network and the userthat the five modules respectively for safety assessment. In KENT evaluation method on thebasis of safety evaluation index system is established, the index system can response thesafety status of the whole system and its various modules, and then in the production,construction, operation to take corresponding measures to improve the reliability and servicelife. Adopt the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in view of the whole system andeach module safety assessment model is established. In the evaluation of gas pipeline networkto accident probability and consequences severity rating for the matrix elements of the foot,established the risk level matrix, the matrix of the corresponding element in numerical fornetwork security levels, namely matrix contains mild risk and general risk, high risk, greatrisk, a total of four numerical, matrix is symmetric, focus on the consequences severity.Finally, based on the simulation software Any Logic structure of city gas pipeline systemsecurity model is established, in establishing the security rating of the five modules of system,on the basis of using the system dynamics approach to urban gas distribution system hascarried on the quantitative analysis. Established the city gas distribution system safety of thestructure of the software interface, put forward the establishment of the system informationdatabase, safety management is of far-reaching significance for the realization of city gaspipeline system. Specific parameters of city gas pipeline system for the safety of the structureof the simulation run, and analyzed the results, has a certain practical value.Through the study of this article, and find out problems, analyzes the present situation,through the investigation and study of relevant technology, implements the safety evaluationof urban gas distribution system, and established the system of safety in Any Logic structure happened before, according to the types of pipeline safety, targeted control measures, toprevent accidents to realize from "passive emergency" to "active prevention" shift, ensure thesafe operation of the system.
