In the gas pipeline network operation management, the gas leaked gas pipeline networkscan quickly discovered, and resolved in a timely manner is the key to network operation andmanagement. Laser detection system in thegas leak early, timely, and rapid accurate and findsout the leakage position, which is the application of laser detection system, the significance ofgas leakage insearch.This paper describes the domestic gas theory, instrumentation and applications based onthe research on leak detection technology, research status detection and laser detectiontechnology of leakage in gas.According to the infrared absorption spectroscopy, tunable diode lasertechnology,wavelength modulation spectroscopy technique to the study oflaser detection system for gasleak in the gas pipe network in.Analysis of the infrared spectrum has been able to carry out qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis of gas, mainly is realized according to thethree aspects of gas molecularabsorption line shape, absorption spectral line position and characteristic line intensityabsorption spectra.Analysis of the working principle of laser detection technology, TDLAS technology candetect the concentration of gas is entirely based on thecharacteristic of laser diode wavelengthscanning and current tuning to achieve.Elaborates on the working principle of laser detection system, and the scheme of laserdetection for gas leakage was studied.The suitable condition of experiment of laser detection system detectionscheme issummarized, and the detection results can ensure the correct three requirements are analyzedin detail.The laser detection system and the improvement direction of the advantages anddisadvantages of various conditions, to actually find the gas leakage of gas network aredescribed.
