With the rapid development of our country’s aerospace industry. Space many assembly equipment need testing and assembly in the tall in cleanroom, the factory building with large span, height, ventilation frequency high, building large characteristics of the air conditioning system.This paper refers to a large number of documents and many senior’s experience, the development of clean air conditioning at home and abroad and the theoretical knowledge, the theoretical basis for the following discussion, and summarizes the development of this kind of problem in the problem, summarize problems and the design points of this kind of plant are the main research direction is put forward in this paper.Secondly, analyze the key points of theoretical knowledge related to this paper, comparing and summarizing such plant to use the knowledge and comprehensive analysis, analysis of the clean air conditioning features, technical points of primary and two secondary return air are analyzed, the airflow of the system are described and analyzed, to find the appropriate the form of this kind of large space air conditioning clean workshop finally, on the basis of this, some of the auxiliary equipment of the system are introduced.Code for design of clean room ventilation, existing only for storey less than4meters of factory are clearly specified, and great value, while the level of4metres tall plant if it according to the number of the whole room ventilation, air-conditioning systems will be very large, this paper discuss, firstly on the basis of summing up work experience and the reference to similar engineering data, summarizes the reasonable ventilation frequency and parameters, and finally through the CFD simulation proved the rationality of the value of experience.Airflow organization finally blowing on the end of stratified air conditioning is numerically simulated, using CFD simulation software, the velocity field, temperature field, humidity field and concentration field distribution, and according to the simulation results, the indoor thermal environment in different conditions was analyzed and evaluated, the suitable for such large clean air conditioning system of factory buildings and an ideal air distribution and proper ventilation, experience, and on this basis, put forward the energy saving of the plant, industrial plant because of its special technology, energy saving standards are not unified qualitative unified, but actually this kind of plant in this study due to the air conditioning system is huge the significance of energy saving, than the general civil buildings more energy saving space, this paper summarizes the measures of energy saving of this plant, used for this kind of plant research and this technology has accumulated valuable experience.
