Duo to characteristics of big capacity, security, low consumption, environmentalfriendly, the railway transport has become one of the most important mode of transportationin our country, plays an important role in the economic development of our country. TheEMU as a form of high-speed train with characteristics of high reliability, strong transportcapacity and comfort features gradually become first choice of travel or transport for peopleall over the world. Air source system provide clean compressed air to train, and directlyinfluence train braking, ease. It is the most advanced and most complex one equipment ofEMU train,and it is also one of the system of high reliability, security requirement. At present,there are rarely about the study of the failure modeling and simulation of air source system ofthe EMU, the present research is mainly used in the reliability evaluation of the local unit.This paper analysis the reliability of the EMU air source system,and study the failurecorrelation and failure recovery among internal units of the system to, reveals the probabilityof failure distribution and failure characteristics of air source system unit parts. On the basisof summarizing domestic and foreign scholars study, the GO-Markov method is put forward,and reliability model of air source system of EMU is established. To explore the fast parsingalgorithm.This article revolves around the reliability assessment of EMU air source system do thefollowing research:1, Aiming at the problems of reliability evaluation of EMU air source system, this papercombined with basic theory of Markov method and the GO method, this paper proposes acomprehensive reliability analysis method, referred to as the GO-Markov method.Systematically expounds the basic conception, starting from unit parts failure study, carriedout reliability assessment method research of key components under the small sample dataand based on Markov method become. Studied parameter estimation obey exponentialdistribution of failure rate and obey the lognormal distribution of mean time to repair in thecase of smooth data, as well as analysis availability of the single parts base on Markovmethod.2,Combinates with Markov method and the GO method, the GO-Markov method is putforward, reliability parameters of the closed-loop repairable system and two state unitcomponents is analyzed, and reliability model of air source system based on the GO-Markovmethod is established. Conduct Systematically quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the reliability analysis result and the minimum cut set of air source system is obtained understeady state conditions.3,Conduct reliability simulation of EMU air source system by the Monte Carlo (MonteCarlo) sequential simulation method, according to the GO-Markov method establishsimulation model of normal probability calculation of system, simulate the actual process of air source parts failure, the results validate the correctness of the GO-Markov method. Basedon the reliability theory analysis of GO-Markov method, develop reliability assessmentsoftware by MATLAB.This article through research and practice of reliability modeling and of EMU air sourcesystem, provide theoretical support for reliability assessment of China’s railway train design,and put forward the proposal for air source system design and maintenance management,system of the establishment of the new advice, provide a new solution method for reliabilityevaluation of complex repairable system.
