With the development of national economy and the growth of living standard, house industry is developing rapidly and has become one of pillar industries in national economy. As the national housing industry started late and the industrialization level is still low, it cannot fulfill the needs of national economy development. It is a new challenge for builders to improve the industrialization of housing industry and build higher quality house. The emergence of composite structure highly accelerates the development of housing industry, which shortens period of construction and makes construction easier and faster. It is the most important thing that the cost was shortened. What’s more, it has a positive effect on environment protection. Recently, composite construct has been widely used in many other construct systems. Composite slab construction is one of those constructions, which combines the advantages of spot pour slab and prefabricated slab. It consists of prefabricated and spot pour. Prefabricated parts will be done in factory and stand by on the scene. While the spot pour parts will be done above the prefabricated parts, as the permanent template instead of wooden template and be one part of the floorslab to co-stand the load. With the development of time, promoting the housing industrialization is vital for building industry. Therefore, the study on the force analysis of composite structure is the top priority.This study based on the experiments on static loading test of the six boards (a piece of cast-in-situ two-way slab, three pieces of double composite plate, two pieces of three composite plate), using the data acquisition instrument to get the data of reinforced strain to make comparison on the loading of two-composite floorslab, three-composite floorslab and cast-in-situ two-way slab. Then use ABAQS to simulate nonlinear data separately. The analysis shows that the simulation matches the test, which suggests that the reinforcement stress properties of the composite floor slab are similar to cast-in-situ two-way slab reinforcement stress performance. This composite floorslab is one kind of two-way composite slab, whose reinforcement is calculated by the rule of cast-in-situ two-way slab, and meets the specification design requirements. Meanwhile, suggestions are given to the stress difference between two-composite two-way slab and three-composite two-way slab.
