| Asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology as a new type of pavementconstruction method has been widespread application in our country. The technologyreuse the original asphalt pavement can save a lot of asphalt and gravel materials; asphaltconcrete can also be an effective solution to the waste dumps again on environmentalpollution, can effectively protect woodland, but also to maintain the natural landscape andecological environment. This strategy of sustainable development in China in recent years,the waste of resources proposed recycling requirements exactly.This article mainly discusses the thermal regeneration technology in application ofshanghai-hangzhou-ningbo expressway maintenance engineering related research. On thebasis of the original pavement mixes materials related analysis, the indoor thermalregeneration mixture gradation design, recycled mixture road performance were studied.And the economic performance of thermal regeneration technology has carried onthe correlation analysis. The results show that thermal regeneration after rigorous designmixes high temperature stability, and resistance to water damage and the ability of theperformance indicators, such as low temperature cracking resistance can meet the relevantconstruction specifications for hot-mix asphalt mixture.According to the result of the indoor research, combining with theshanghai-hangzhou-ningbo expressway maintenance to evaluate the effect of the thermalregeneration site construction, and the road conditions of regeneration after trackingdetection, results show that the regenerated asphalt pavement after the relevant technicalindicators can meet the current specifications.
