After analyzing all the cleaning methods, we came to the conclusion that at present the most promising and effective way to neutralize smoke emissions specialties is system based on redox catalysts. Oxides of Mn, Co, Cu, and Pd oxide as additive in an amount of0.1%on the carrier of Al2O3and the modified γ‐Al2O3were selected for study. Experiments have demonstrated the most efficient in the conversion of components included in the composition of the vapor formed during heating of the oil used for cooking, is a catalyst consisting of5%oxide of Mn and0.1%oxide of Pd. At a temperature of300oC and a flow rate of20,000h‐1, degree of conversion can be up to90%.Based on the study, industry samples with500and1000m3/h have been developed.
