With the increasing of energy crisis and people pay close attention to the problem of environmental pollution, promote the rapid development of new energy electric vehicle. In recent years, China has invested a lot of financial and material resources in the field of new energy vehicle. The goal is to improve the current situation of China’senergy dependence, to alleviate environmental pressure.Motor drive system is the key and core technology determines the power performance and the economic performance of electric vehicle. For now, how to improve the performance of the drive motor control has become one of the hotspots of many scholars.Hybrid Excitation is the organic combination of permanent magnet and the electric excitation with two excitation modes, The current research of hybrid excitation motor of domestic and foreign scholars mainly according to the basic theory of motor aspects of research, research in the aspect of motor control strategy and drive design is relatively less.This article actuates the electrical machinery working conditions in view of the electric automobile the complexity and the special request, has done the quite thorough research in the mix excitation electrical machinery above several aspects.First of all.This paper introduced the current situation and development trend of domestic and overseas research electric vehicle drive svstem and the hvbrid excitation motor structure, Analysis of structure of hybrid excitation motor and basic requirements, analysis of the HESM magnetic field regulating mechanism. And based on HESM magnetic circuit model of contrasting, elaborate series magnetic potential staggered magnetic circuit permanent magnet HESM analysis in this paper.Secondly, deduces the mathematical model of motor stator. rotor coordinate system, in contrast to the common permanent magnet motor speed controlperformance,discusses the application of HESM in electric vehicle drive control system, proposes a partition control strategies can meet the hybrid excitation drive system for electric vehicle requirements.Then it detailed introduces the hardware and software design of driving system. Including the main control circuit, sampling circuit, protection circuit, power circuit, excitation main circuit hardware design. Software design includes the design of the main framework of the main program and interrupt program, etc.Then gives some of the test graphs of tware debugging process.Finally, building the test platform for driving system, with a rated power of hybrid excitation6Kw prototype as the experimental object, Using this drive system to test Motor load testing, the torque experiment, the velocity modulation performance test. Analysis and verify the feasibility of the driver at last.
