The hydraulic components, as an important part of hydraulic equipment, shoulder the task of hydraulic equipment running normally, its own health condition and operation reliability directly related to the safety and stability of hydraulic equipment. Therefore, in order to timely predict and diagnose the fault of hydraulic components, effectively improve the reliability of hydraulic components of fault diagnosis. This paper presents a remote collaborative fault diagnosis system for hydraulic components, and the system studied emphatically from the following four aspects.Firstly, it analyses the disadvantages of the traditional hydraulic fault diagnosis technology and studies the structure of distributed collaborative diagnosis system. With the demand of hydraulic components diagnosis, the hydraulic components remote collaborative diagnosis subject is determined.Secondly, it studies and compares Agent with Multi-Agent System (MAS) through the basic concept, working principle, communication and knowledge sharing framework.Thirdly, it discusses the related questions of Agent oriented design and analyses the model of key Agent in the system in detail. Based on the model of Agent, it analyses the fault diagnosis system using collaborative strategy, including task management in the process of design and implementation principle of various fusion diagnosis. It improves the traditional task allocation using contract net protocol and optimizes the allocation process. It puts forward evaluation system to modify weight value that demands for the realization of the fuzzy fusion method. Finally, it developed a fault diagnosis system based on the Agent collaborative diagnosis technology of hydraulic components, and preliminary verified the feasibility of diagnosis system by a application example.
