Urination assist system driven by ultrasonic-vaporized steam is a kind of device to assist bladder urinating based on ultrasonic heating and thermal power conversion principle. Before clinical application of the system, it is necessary to carry out theoretical modeling, performance analysis and simulated experimental study. This article established the mathematical model of the system according to the working principle of urination assist system and using the theory of ultrasonics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. This article simulation analyzed and simulated experimental studied the driving performance and micturition performance of the system, as well as optimized the control and structural parameters of the system using orthogonal experimental design method. The main research contents were as follows:1. The mathematical model of the multi-field coupling relation between the external ultrasonic controlling parameters and the urine flow rate of urinary bladder was built according to the structure and working principle of urination assist system and using the theory of ultrasonics, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.2. In the MATLAB environment, the simulation of urination assist system was conducted using the established mathematical model, the influences of ultrasonic intensity, frequency, radiation area, radiation time and initial intravesical pressure on the driving performance and micturition performance of the system were analyzed.3. Using simulated experimental system, the influences of each parameter of urination assist system on the driving performance and micturition performance were experimental researched.4. Using the established mathematical model and orthogonal experimental design method, the control and structural parameters of urination assist system were optimized, and the significances of the influences of main parameters on system performance indicators were analyzed, as well as the optimal parameters combination of system was determined.The conclusion of this article can lay the theoretical and experimental foundation for the later research of urination assist system, and provide the guidance for the design of new device for assisting bladder urinating, as well as the guidance for the rational design of biomedicine device.
