To build a conservation-oriented society, the development of "energy demand management and control system" has great economic value and social significance. Demand for energy management and control, power side can not only help save electricity costs, reduce expenses, but also can reduce the difference between peak power and reduce the impact of electrical equipment load on the grid. Currently, the study of energy and demand management control in the country has just begun, literature related fields are also disclosed less. In this paper, a small convenience store as the object of study for a number of key theoretical and technical issues involved in a study.1) The completion of the needs analysis "convenience store energy demand management and control systems," from the perspective of system control theory, modeling, and defines the evaluation index. In the experimental environment, the power supply system conversion mechanism and the typical characteristics of the controlled object needs to study the establishment of a forecasting model that reflects the analog electrical equipment electrical power needs.2) Design "convenience store energy demand management and control system" control strategy. The real life into a closed loop control system to control the abstract model, the problem is transformed into a closed-loop decision-satisfaction factors include uncertainties and nonlinear dynamic optimization problem. Simulation results show that the trend predictive control scheme can achieve better maximum demand peak inhibitory effect. Finally decision module for energy demand management and controls are discussed, and make the results evaluated.4) In order to study OMAP3530platform, combined with experimental simulation, design "convenience stores energy management and demand controller." For the "convenience store energy demand management and control system" for the hardware and software design, and demand for energy management control system experiments. The results showed that convenience stores energy demand management and control system to achieve timely information based on the measured information display and issued decisions, has good practicability.
