Diesel engine is widely used in various aspect of modern society such asagriculture transportation,especially in small cars because of its high thermalefficiency and strong power. But with the improving utilization of diesel engine,corresponding environment problems appear. Due to the incomplete combustion offuel,the exhaust of diesel engine contains lots of particulate which badly affect bodyhealth and environment. So reducing diesel particulate emission is of greatsignificance in improving utilization of diesel engine and decreasing side influence inenvironment and body health. At present aftertreatment of exhaust represented bydiesel particulate filter is the most widely applied method in reducing dieselparticulate emission. In spite of the utilization the problem of inconvenience of DPFregeneration still exist. At present the generation of DPF is based on the combustionof the soot deposited on the surface of DPF. Although this kind of regenerationmethod can obtain a good effect of regeneration, during regeneration process thecombustion of DEP deposited is not complete. on the contrary the size of particlesbecome smaller. It’s not easy to trap the smaller DEP and it will produce greater harmto human body, this kind of regeneration won’t meet the increasingly stringentemission regulations now. Regeneration with the method of Vibration will shake offthe deposited exhaust particles in the form of filter cake to achieve the regeneration ofDPF, which reduces the pollution of the air resulted from regeneration process.However this kind of regeneration method is used in application and researchnarrowly, only applied in the bag catcher which is limited in the application becauseof the temperature. In order to apply the method of vibration to regeneration of theDEP and not to be limited by the type of filter element, this article proposed avibration method for the regeneration of DPF based on the bionic wing of insect.This article study the adhesion behavior of exhaust particulate filter on the surfaceof the body surface, build the relevant expression of the adhesion, explore the relatedfactors influencing the adhesion force especially size, surface roughness, the microparticle size fractal dimension of particle on the influence of the adhesion force.Research about numerical prediction and the relationship between the adhesion forceand parameters based on the powerful ability of image in matlab is also included inthis article. On this basis different regeneration scheme for DPF is put forward andone of them was determined a proper one for DPF and the related simulation experiment was carried out. To explore the factors affecting the vibration of thestripping. And studied for vibration control strategy of regenerative and trap.
