The main topic is the time for the vocational school training some problems, combined with my professional school training room Electronic and electrical construction, development of training equipment to master common relay-contactor control system design, application, combined with PLC, inverter, touch screen and other modern control technology and computers, motors, PLC programming software, touch screen dynamic component to develop a comprehensive training system electrician.The system can solve the problem of theory with practical training, inadequate funding for schools also have some relief, teachers and students to improve their ability to develop and research training system, through the selection of the hardware increases the professional integrated knowledge. The system can realize the function:relay-contactor system controls the basic functions of the motor, the machine electrical control circuit, PLC control circuit design and programming, PLC, inverter control circuit to achieve speed control system, PLC, inverter, touch screen comprehensive training.In this paper, the status of school training and student learning analysis, strengthening weak links. First, the overall design of the system, mainly PLC System s Design and electrical systems, by designing a grasp of basic principles and contents, more specific to the component selection to fit the system required to achieve the actual production process. For software introduces FXGP/WIN-C software, the software is designed to change the programming software for Mitsubishi FX series programmable controller, simple and practical, and powerful. Through the relay-contrast contact system and PLC control system, so that students understand their characteristics, and control technology also has many understand; accomplished through the inverter speed control system also allows students to grasp and understand the actual production of the common control forms; while integrated application PLC, inverter and touch screen is to expose students to modern control technology in our production of electrical training and practical applications, effectively achieve the combination of theory in practice. Now the provincial education department, vocational school students in the importance of practical training capacity, requiring the integration of theory and practice of teaching to enhance students’ skill levels to develop business requirements for the order mode, the device considering all aspects of the knowledge, capacity requirements, the completion design and manufacture of equipment for the training school has created favorable conditions for the attachment of the corporate training industry has some real value.
