Blisk is the key component of aircraft engines, which takes advantage ofadvanced technology to roll blades and semal up into one, removing the tenons andmortises from general blades and semal and improving the weight ratio of aircraftengines. Blade is the key part of blisk, whose surface quality and processing craftdirectly influence the performance and reliability of aircraft engines. Blisk has acomplex structure, and it is hard to polish by abrasive belt. Therefore, it has strategicimportance for our country’s economy, national defense and international status todevelop the abrasive belt polishing for blisk as a representative the abrasive beltpolishing for free surface.This thesis researches on the structure of blisk and the special belt grinding andpolishing machine dedicated to blisks, analyzes the processing technique of blisks,and plans the algorithm of blisks’ processing path and its technological parameter.The special grinding and polishing tools based on the abrasive belt grindingmachine have analyzed the interference condition of abrasive belt grinding andpolishing blisk, and, associated with surface discrete analysis, proposed ananti-interference tool axis control method that is applicable to belt grinding andpolishing blisk.For the machine structure that integrating7-axis5-linkages blisk and abrasivebelt grinding and polishing machine, it builds the machine kinematic model andcarries out the inverse kinematics algorithm, computing the relevant exercise amountof each axis of the machine when grinding and polishing and using CATIA toprove.Based on the above research, we integrate the algorithm programs of each partwith MATLAB, develop the data programming system and complete the work beginning from inputting the original data of blisks to generating NC program.Based on the researches mentioned above, the VERICUT is used for thesimulation of the NC program, and the workpiece before and after processing iscompared and studied in order to optimize the NC program and the processingtechnique.
