Infrared gyromagnetic therapeutic apparatus is a physical therapy equipment, which is developed for treatment of OSAS. The therapeutic apparatus can effectively treat OSAS by combining gyromagnetic therapy with far infrared heating, which relieves the pain of patients with sleep apnea.We firstly introduce the research background and current situation of the development about the treatment of OSAS. We found that there is no physical therapy equipment combining far infrared heating treatment with gyromagnetic therapy for the treatment of obstructive sleepapnea-syndrome, so the design content of this study is needed to develop. According to the design of main module, especially the control chip and gyromagnetic chip and far infrared heater, the selection of components are introduced then. Next, the hardware circuit and the software design of this system were introduced by divided into several modules. In the end of this thesis, it shows the design results of this system from two aspects, part of the simulation results of the hardware circuit design and liquid crystal display design. The design process of the whole system is summarized too.The design of this system is depended on the low-power and high-speed8-bit MCU C8051F020(enhanced51MCU), and combined gyromagnetic with far infrared heating module including hardware circuit and software system design. In order to assist treatment, the modules of key input, LCD display, real time clock chip communication technology, and PWM waveform design have also been carried on the development. The human-computer interaction function of this treatment system has been realized. In the process of system design, we use the software of IDE and KEIL to compile and debug the program code, and choose various analog and digital components such as the op-amp, power tube, low power relay, DS1302and so on for the design and debugging of hardware circuit.Based on the duty ratio control of the PWM circuit,we have realized that the spin magnetic speed is adjustable. Through using parallel MOS tube and relay control system, we has implemented that the temperature of far infrared heater is controllable. By the program design of the buttons, LCD displaying and DS1302module, we has achieved the treatment time and temperature and other important real-time data function parameters about treatment and controlling can be set and displayed.Detailed and in-depth introduction of design system is showed in our study by dividing it into several different modules. Therapeutic effects of the system is evaluated by data research. Finally, we get a conclusion and give a prospect to the system function.
