Nowadays, with the technology of blasting project more widely used in the construction industry, mining and other industries. The safety of building structure under the action of the blasting seismic waves is a key problem the engineering area needed to solve. Blasting seismic waves has a great impact on the safety and the carrying capacity of the surrounding buildings. This article intends to research the time-history analysis of the structure under blasting vibration surrounding environment, study the failure mechanism of the frame structure building and get the safety evaluation. Summed up the law of the damage principle, strengthen the ability of the building to resist the damage and ensure its safety and reliability in the design of the structural, to avoid unnecessary damage of the surrounding buildings, control the damage on the buildings under the blasting surrounding environment, to avoid the economic losses and protect the personal safety.The vibration of the blasting seismic ground motions is a complex field of research, and also widely used in engineering practice, the research involves several disciplines, so in-depth study of the theoretical imminent. The thesis compared and analyzed the natural seismic wave and the blasting seismic wave, through the research the three characteristics:the duration time, the frequency and amplitude of the seismic wave to explore the formation mechanism, propagation and attenuation law of blasting vibration in blasting seismic waves. By adopting Matlb analysis software, synthetic blasting seismic wave, summed the unique property and law of blasting seismic wave. By adopting finite element software Sap2000, simulation the response of reinforced concrete frame building under the close distance of small amount of dynamite blasting seismic wave generated by the demolition of building in the city and the response of reinforced concrete frame building under the far distance large quantity of explosive blasting seismic wave generated by the underground mining blasting load over a long distance of7and16layer frame structure under dynamic response, and extract the simulated data, discusses the law of dynamic response under the action of the blasting seismic with the frame structure housing and the measures of disaster prevention and control measures.
