At present, with the requirements of environmental pollution and the high price of oil, so automotive enterprises pay more attention to the development of electric vehicle in many countries. The fast-exchange battery pack is main components of electric vehicle.Like the traditional vehicle,components of electric vehicle also must satisfy the relevant safety requirements and guarantee the service life. Therefore the structure performance of battery box is very important.This dissertation mainly expounds the design of fast-exchange institution, includes the box design, bracket design, as well as the design of the lock mechanism. Implements the battery cabinet of dustproof, waterproof, fire prevention, ventilation and heat dissipation and structural design. And design of the lock mechanism by use AutoCAD, and design of lock system. In Pro/E has completed the fast-exchange battery pack modeling.Using the ANSYS Workbench to analysis of battery box was done through the calculation of the stress of the battery box when the electric vehicle driving on the uneven road sharp turn and nasty in this article, and analysis the mode characteristic of battery box. To analyze the stress and deformation on key components, the results provides important and faithful reference for the of battery box.To establish a dynamic modeling with a dynamic software ADAMS in an box-bracket-vehicle system based on multi-rigid dynamic theory under different road surface conditions. The results indicate that root-mean-square values of the loads applied on different parts of the key component increase with increase of road roughness. The loads applied on its body were not so much different when a trailer ran on Grade A and B roads. However, the load applied on its body increased greatly when the trailer ran on Grade C road. This conclusion provides basis for design of fast-exchange battery pack put forward a lot of reference.
