With the rapid development of china’s current high speed railway, high-speed train running state and its safety, comfort and other issues have also been researchers and passengers’attention. This is an important topic in the research of high-speed train. Therefore, to carry out high speed train compartment interior illumination, it is an important to study and comfort tester. Based on the operation of the vehicle to investigate and establish the degree of comfort illumination simulation test bed based on the data obtained. Design different working conditions survey analysis, correspondence between comfort and illumination.Generalized comfort research on high-speed trains around the world currently contain vibration, noise, pressure, temperature, humidity and other factors, including the illumination is still in its infancy. Special illumination factor which studies a single person from the perspective of subjective evaluation is also rare. So study the control of the comfort is very important, In this paper, the physical and psychological evaluation assessment method combining comfort illumination methods, based on the operation of the line pre-test and generalized comfort illumination simulation test bed trials, the results of the survey and the use of multiple linear regression approach to building high-speed trains and comfortable illumination evaluation criteria and evaluation methods.Based on the evaluation criteria comfort of illumination, the paper controls the degree of comfort tester design and development. Tester hardware using89C51chip as the processor, high-speed A/D converters, LED display, light sensitive resistor. The data processing algorithms written89C51chip, integrated real-time detection and illumination control to complete the degree comfort evaluation.Application illumination comfort evaluation criteria and indicators for early test data analysis and evaluation of the results with real time data acquisition passenger car illumination even more consistent evaluation, we can see that the standard high-speed train capable of basic reactions indoor illumination for each passenger comfort.
