Route quality inspection is divided into dynamic detection and artificial static checking. The dynamic detection may be separately completed by track inspection car, locomotive type track dynamic monitoring system for detecting and portable over-load meter detection. These dynamic inspection methods are able to reflect the quality of routes in a certain extent, but have their own advantages and disadvantages. At present, the analysis and applications of testing data are respectively independent, and are mostly limited to overrun data, but the research of non-overrun data and application of our test data is relative deficiency, and has not formed a scientific, complete system. So it has realistic significance to carry out a research of high-speed railway track inspection data on synthetical analysis, evaluation and application.Taking Wuhan Railway Bureau Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway line (the Wuhan-Guangzhou section), Shanghai-Chengdu railway line (Hefei-Wuhan section) as a background, we investigated the present situation of comprehensive application about the ballastless track and ballasted railway track inspection data. This paper introduced the main advantages and shortcomings of various detection methods at home and abroad, used statistical analysis principle to tease out the system of dynamic evaluation index, and carried out high-speed railway track inspection data analysis by actual application. Based on line unit classification management, the comprehensive evaluation method is used for the first time to evaluate the track status, and the recalculation of track geometric which is overrun data and the management of car body acceleration peak are put forward. In the process of designed comprehensive evaluation system, firstly, the evaluated index system can be determined by the systematic, scientific, comparable, testability and independence principle. Secondly, the weight of each index can be determined by the reasonable professional interpretation. Thirdly, the mathematical model of evaluation can be established by the calculation method of combined weight. Finally, the scientific, self-contained, and feasible comprehensive evaluation system can be formed by uninterruptedly optimized.Through the unit division, Wuhan Railway Bureau Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway line (the Wuhan-Guangzhou section) and Shanghai-Chengdu railway line (Hefei-Wuhan section) carry out comprehensive evaluation test and classification management the route equipment. Since the implementation of a year, the Wuhan-Guangzhou section of track quality index decreased from4.23to4.13, the over-limit points reduced from0.72to0.1; Hefei-Wuhan section of track quality index decreased from4.59to4.23, the over-limit points reduced from5.29to0.22, achieved preferable results.
