Research On Longitudinal Resistance Character Of Fastener With Slight Resistance

The longitudinal additional force produced by interaction of beam-type tracks of the continuously welded rail track on the bridge is important load on it. Heavy interaction will lead instability of the track, steel rail snap and other problems, seriously threatening traffic safety. Adopting fastener with slight resistance on the bridge is the most effective way to reduce the longitudinal resistance of the fastener at present, therefore, research on the longitudinal resistance of fastener with slight resistance and research on influence factors of the longitudinal resistance of fastener with slight resistance that are related with the research and development as well as maintenance of fastener with slight resistance are of great significance.This paper has designed longitudinal resistance character test as a large number of WJ-7fasteners with slight resistance and V elastic strip fasteners with slight resistance are being used in China, making research and analysis on the resistance composition of these two fasteners. The major content of this paper are presented as below:(1) This paper summarizes the composition and classification of fastener system as well as current situation of application of fastener system at home and abroad, and introduces the generating principle of beam-type track interaction force and methods that are utilized to improve the beam-type track interaction force of the continuously welded rail track in order to provide basis for research on longitudinal resistance character of fasteners with slight resistance.(2) According to current standard and theory, the testing program of longitudinal resistance character of fastener system has been designed in allusion to the situation that a large number of V elastic strip fasteners with slight resistance are applied on ballast track and a large number of WJ-7fasteners with slight resistance are applied on ballastless track at present in China; besides, the testing content, methods, equipment and operating conditions have all been elaborated in detail.(3) According to the testing program, longitudinal resistance test on WJ-7fastener system and V elastic strip fastener system is carried out and the test data has been dealt with based on standards, thus "Load-Displacement" curve has been drawn out and the longitudinal resistance of fastener system under different operating conditions has been calculated.(4) This paper makes analysis on the longitudinal resistance of fastener system under different operating conditions proved by tests and longitudinal resistance character of these two types of fastener systems and summarizes major factors that influence the longitudinal resistance of fastener system.
