Shield method which is widely applied on soft clay region is a kind of advanced, efficient, safe construction method in Chinese subway construction. Reasonable construction method of soli reinforcement is very important to the subway shield tunnel construction.Bases on project Nanjing subway tunnel sect of No.TA15engineering, this paper has carried on the technology research to the reinforcement. The reinforcement principle, reinforcement range and common reinforcement methods are introduced briefly. It is to be analyzed the strength and stability demands of the reinforced soil body with thin board strength theory, slide theory and checking computations are carried on two shield tunneling projects.Through the analysis, the conclusions are as follows:It is necessary to seriously investigate the surrounding environment before the design and construction of reinforment at the getting into shaft. Dewatering design is essential in weak rich water formation. When the cement and soli are forced mixed fully in the three axles deep mixing pile construction technology, it is able to get higher strength. Ground freezing is able to effectively prevent and control water to diminish the deformation of soil. Besides, it has the advantages of good safety, good controllability and little pollution. The design and construction of reinforment at the getting into shaft on the shield tunnel construction is dynamic management. According to the monitoring date and the actual situation in the actual work, it is necessary to adjust some design and construction projects in orde to to prevent accidents.
