Research On The Control Of The Train Route System In ATS Based On CBTC

With the rapid pace of development of China’s economy and speed up the pace of urban-rural integration, China’s urban rail transit construction in an unprecedented peak. CBTC due to its significant technological advantages has been highly valued and gradually applied in China.ATS system is a management system of ATC system and is mainly responsible for supervision and control of all operating trains. ATS system as the core of ATC is an important technology to ensure the safety of the train and on time operation. The train route control is one of the main functions of the ATS system. It is mainly responsible for the train route control mode’s treatment, the train route automatic triggering and the routes conflict checking. This paper is based on project "The first phase of Xi’an subway line1ATS system", Mainly carry out the following tasks:(1) Setting the train route control mode and the research on the technology of mode conversion;(2) In automatic signal mode, the plan train according to the operating plan and the head number train according to the dispatcher’s input the destination triggering the route accurately and on time;(3) The train routes conflict checking measures and technology research;(4) with the aid of ATS simulation platform, the help of the train interlocking subsystem and train simulation subsystem, and based on "line1of Xi’an subway" actual line data, the simulation realized the transition of the train route control mode, the plan train and the head train triggering the route and the routes conflict checking.The results show that the studied train route control system can meet the design requirements, and achieve the ATS system for train route control requirements. The implementation of the control of the train route in" The first phase of Xi’an subway line1ATS system" project has played an active effect.
