Study On Key Influence Factor Of Minor Repair And Maintenance Cost Of Highway Asphalt Pavement

With the rapid development of the highway construction, people begin to focus on later maintenance and disaster repair. Many highways have suffered from roadbed and pavement disaster, thus more money has expended in the later maintenance. Periodical minor maintenance will extend the time of large repair, lighten the development of the pavement disaster and prolong the lifetime of the road. At the same time, it will help protect the road function. Therefore, it’s necessary to systematically study the key influence factor of minor repair and maintenance cost of highway asphalt pavement. It could be a theoretical reference and technical support for highway minor maintenance.Based on minor maintenance project in Chengdu to Mianyang highway in Sichuan province, using comprehensive methods such as investigation and site test method, combining with the management theory, according to independent study and summary, key influence factor of minor repair and maintenance cost of highway asphalt pavement is studied and achievement is narrated as below:1. Through investigation on regular disaster and related strategies in Sichuan province highway, adopting AHP method and fuzzy assessing method, a kind of assessing method suitable for analyzing key influence factor of minor repair and maintenance cost of highway asphalt pavement. This has provided a theoretical basis for the weight impact analysis of key influencing factors of minor repairs and maintenance costs, and this has also provided a theoretical basis for the later development of maintenance conservation measures and reference.2. Based on broad investigation, past experience, interviews, accident statistics and theory research, an index system suitable for assessing the minor repair and maintenance cost of highway asphalt pavement is established, combining with the questionnaire surveys of conservation management and construction unit, experience statistics of the similar maintenance engineering, extensive research of maintenance costs, induction and screening of influencing factors. The system obeys the objective, systematic, simple, clear and operable principles.3. Relying on minor maintenance project in Chengdu to Mianyang highway, combining with the index system and assessing method, main influence factors are analyzed and assessed comprehensively. Finally, pertinent key treatment techniques are established. The results show that this theory system can effectivelydelay the post-overhaul time, reduce the development of road surface disease and prolong the service life of the existing pavement. Finally, ssthis can greatly reduce the cost of post-overhaul, and achieve higher economic and social benefits.
